I needed a Houston building maintenance services company to help me prep a new building I’ve recently purchased. I’ve had to make several service calls since purchasing this office building in the Uptown park area of town and it’s becoming a real problem for me.

One of the first things I noticed about this office building before I purchased it was that the parking lot needed repairs in several areas. I called Maintaining It Right, Enterprises and they’re sending someone to the building to discuss taking over the maintenance needs of my latest investment property.
